Job Responsibility

1. Develops a relationship with current customers and potential customers.
2. Creates more leads through client referral, internet and field visits. Contacts the purchase
manager/ project manager to get details of the project based on the research.
3. Convert leads to sales.
4. Getting a credit approval form for new clients to confirm on the companies.
5. Prepares quotes based on the client's requirement and get confirmation on the same by the sales
manager and CEO.
6. Follow up on the quotation with the clients.
7. Once the order is confirmed the same is advised to the sales coordinator.
8. Sales Coordinator creates the job order where the details of the order are mentioned and the
same is monitored for the progress.
9. Weekly sales meeting with the sales manager to communicate on the sales/collection pipeline.
