Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end civil construction projects in the UAE — ensuring timely execution, cost control, quality, and compliance with local regulations. Lead project teams, coordinate with clients, consultants & contractors, and drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• 8–15 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and project approval procedures.

• Proficient in project management software (MS Project / Primavera P6).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee civil construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local authority requirements.

• Supervise and guide engineering and site teams to meet project objectives.

• Prepare and review progress reports, BOQs, and project documentation.

• Identify risks and implement corrective or preventive actions as needed.

• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• UAE driving license preferred.
