Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and optimizing the Rockwool production process from raw material handling to finished product. Ensures smooth operation of cupola, fiberizing, forming, and pendulum sections while maintaining quality, efficiency, and process documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

• 4–8 years’ experience in Rockwool or mineral wool manufacturing
