Job Summary:

A leading manufacturing company in Fujairah is hiring a qualified Process Engineer with experience in hot-end or cold-end manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in productivity and quality.

• Work on process optimization for hot-end or cold-end operations, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.

• Support daily production activities and resolve process-related issues in coordination with the operations team.

• Develop and implement process control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Collect and analyze data to evaluate process performance and implement corrective actions where needed.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Lead process trials, testing, and new equipment commissioning.

• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Prepare process documentation, reports, and improvement plans.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Production Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant—preferably with exposure to hot-end or cold-end processes.

• Strong knowledge of production equipment, process control, and industrial safety.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with production monitoring tools.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willing to relocate or work in Fujairah, UAE.
