Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Officer to oversee and coordinate logistics operations for our facility in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end movement of goods, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics operations. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred for effective communication with local vendors and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customs agents to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments.

Maintain accurate records of goods received, dispatched, and stored.

Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery notes, and invoices.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and safety standards.

Liaise with procurement and finance departments for logistics cost control and reporting.

Optimize logistics procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in the UAE.

Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and UAE customs processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Arabic speakers preferred (English proficiency required).

Must be willing to live and work in Fujairah.
