Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Officer to oversee and coordinate logistics operations for our facility in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end movement of goods, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics operations. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred for effective communication with local vendors and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.

• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customs agents to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments.

• Maintain accurate records of goods received, dispatched, and stored.

• Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery notes, and invoices.

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and safety standards.

• Liaise with procurement and finance departments for logistics cost control and reporting.

• Optimize logistics procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and UAE customs processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Arabic speakers preferred (English proficiency required).

• Must be willing to live and work in Fujairah.
