Job Summary:
Responsible for operating cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment safely and efficiently at construction or industrial sites. Ensures compliance with safety procedures and equipment operating standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate mobile, tower, or overhead cranes as per project requirements.

Inspect crane and rigging equipment before and after operation to ensure safe working condition.

Follow load charts and lift plans to perform lifting operations safely.

Communicate effectively with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors.

Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.

Ensure all lifting operations comply with safety standards and site procedures.

Maintain accurate logbooks and inspection records.

Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Adhere to all site rules, traffic regulations, and PPE requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:

High school or technical certificate.
-
Certified Crane Operator (RTA, TUV, or equivalent license).

3–8 years of experience operating cranes in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sites.

Knowledge of lifting plans, rigging practices, and crane safety regulations.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
