Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production operations across the Rockwool/Glasswool manufacturing process. Ensures achievement of production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery while maintaining a safe and optimized working environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and control daily production activities across melting, fiberizing, curing, and packaging sections.

Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality parameters are achieved as per plan.

Supervise production teams and allocate manpower effectively.

Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime.

Implement and maintain process controls to ensure product consistency and minimize waste.

Support production planning and raw material scheduling in coordination with relevant departments.

Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Ensure adherence to ISO, HSE, and company quality standards.

Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Train and guide production operators for skill enhancement and process discipline.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering.

5–10 years of experience in Rockwool, Glasswool, or mineral wool manufacturing.

Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Knowledge of process control, quality systems, and production planning.

Proficient in MS Office, ERP, or production management systems.
