Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all production activities in the Rockwool/Glasswool plant. Ensures optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery to achieve production targets, maintain product quality, and meet delivery schedules efficiently.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and inventory levels.

Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor raw material availability and communicate requirements to the procurement team.

Track production output and analyze deviations from plans.

Optimize production schedules to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

Prepare production reports and performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.

Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Chemical / Industrial Engineering.

3–6 years of experience in production planning, preferably in Rockwool, Glasswool, or insulation manufacturing.

Strong understanding of process flow, material requirements, and plant capacity planning.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or production planning software.

Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
