Job Summary:

A leading manufacturing company in Fujairah is hiring a qualified Production Engineer to oversee and improve production processes, ensure product quality, and maintain high levels of efficiency across the manufacturing line. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, with proven experience in a production or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations to meet targets and deadlines.

• Monitor and optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Implement and maintain process improvements for productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.

• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.

• Ensure all equipment and machinery are operated safely and maintained properly.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.

• Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Train and guide operators and production staff as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial plant.

• Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and quality standards.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management tools.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Willing to relocate or work in Fujairah, UAE.
