Job Summary:

A leading manufacturing company in Fujairah is hiring a Specification Engineer to support product development, technical documentation, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet design specifications, customer requirements, and quality benchmarks while coordinating closely with the production, quality, and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical specifications, drawings, and product data sheets.

• Review design requirements and ensure compliance with engineering and industry standards.

• Work with production and QC teams to verify materials, dimensions, and product performance.

• Support product development and modification based on client or project requirements.

• Conduct technical evaluations and assist in troubleshooting specification-related issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of changes, test results, and approvals.

• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to clarify product specifications and standards.

• Ensure all products comply with ISO, ASTM, or other relevant specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience as a Specification Engineer or in a similar technical/engineering role.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material standards, and quality systems.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.

• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to relocate or work in Fujairah, UAE.
