A leading manufacturing company in Fujairah is seeking an experienced Cupola Leadman (Associate Engineer) with hands-on expertise in SCADA-controlled machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cupola furnace operations, monitoring system performance, and ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control daily cupola furnace operations to ensure consistent metal quality and output.

• Operate and monitor SCADA systems to track process parameters and maintain production efficiency.

• Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of equipment.

• Troubleshoot operational and process issues to minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards during cupola operations.

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance checks on equipment.

• Train and guide operators and support staff on operating procedures and safety protocols.

• Record operational data, prepare production reports, and recommend process improvements.

• Assist in the calibration and optimization of furnace and control systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma / Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in a cupola furnace or foundry operation, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience with SCADA systems and process automation.

• Strong understanding of melting processes, furnace control, and metallurgical standards.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and leadership abilities.

• Willing to relocate or work in Fujairah, UAE.
