Job Summary:

A leading manufacturing company in Fujairah is looking for a qualified Production Supervisor (Mechanical Engineer) to oversee operations in the pipe manufacturing section. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, with hands-on experience managing production lines, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing efficiency within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the pipe section.

• Ensure that production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.

• Oversee the operation, setup, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment.

• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

• Train and guide production staff to maintain high performance and discipline.

• Prepare daily production reports and maintain accurate operational records.

• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Mechanical Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial plant (pipe manufacturing preferred).

• Strong technical knowledge of production machinery and mechanical systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze production data and recommend process improvements.

• Willing to relocate or work in Fujairah, UAE.
