Female Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Female Sales Coordinator with strong experience in building materials to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the sales department, manage client communications, prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily sales activities between customers, suppliers, and the sales team.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and delivery schedules.

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely responses.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client data, and inventory levels.

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Communicate effectively with logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.

  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

  • Assist in preparing reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in the building materials or construction supply industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Female candidates only.

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Fujairah.
