• Resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Respond to all written correspondence via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Communication with relevant authorities via email and telephone.
• Complete all required data entry and ensure information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• The ability to work independently and to be accountable.
• HAS TO EXCEL IN UP-SELLING OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
