Job Summary:
Responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing piping systems as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Ensures accuracy in measurements, cutting, and welding to achieve high-quality fabrication work.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric sketches, and material lists.

Measure, cut, thread, bend, and fit pipes according to specifications.

Perform fabrication of pipes and fittings using tools such as grinders, beveling machines, and cutting torches.

Prepare and align pipes for welding and assembly.

Conduct hydrostatic or pneumatic testing of completed piping systems.

Ensure all fabrication work meets quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with welders, fitters, and supervisors to complete jobs efficiently.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.

Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:

High school or technical diploma.

3–8 years of experience as a pipe fabricator in construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing.

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and isometric diagrams.

Knowledge of different pipe materials (CS, SS, GI, PVC, etc.) and fittings.

Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication safety practices.
