Qualifications and Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, or related field.
· Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (subject to approval by ADNOC Group) is a MUST .
· Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE
· Preferably an HSE Engineer already approved by ADNOC, or a candidate eligible for ADNOC approval awaiting successful completion of the exam/selection process.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
